yahoo62278 I created this account because you told me that I cant post in meta section but I cant and when I contact email nobody isnt answering.
Hi I had accounts PokemonFun, CroSany, SanjaPaulina,BitcoinTeacher, DlakavaKobasica and they were banned because referral links and copy/paste posts and then later,but no warning from bitcointalk.org stuff I just got in pm that my message is spam but no reason why it is so I figer our when it was too late that it is because copy/paste posts but I didnt got details why banned.

With some details and warning I would stop that,I didnt had really enought time for reading rules I still go to school I have 18 years now,today world is fast and dont have enought time,I am so busy.In other ip I created accounts together with  my father  CroIsBest,RussiaIsBest,PokemonFun,HateNATO and HateEu and I was posting and I got information about some user here that we can post in every topic what we want to get more activities,I even didnt know anything about a spam I was really dumb and in this 3-4 weeks I started to post normal,I didnt breaked any rule,I readed all rules and I got bann but it is my mystake.Now I will stop spam I understand all rules.I know I breaked many rules but please give me another chance I will not repeat it again,now I started to create a topic in beginner&help section for everything which I want to know to not break any rule because I like this forum and I like posting a lot.

Sorry for my dumb breaking rules it will not happent again I am working here for college but I also work in real life but I need extra profit :'( :'(

If you were copying other posts/external content in your own posts, and passing off these posts as your own writing, then you are not going to get unbanned.

You had over 5 accounts banned and you still didn't understand that you're not welcome here? Fuck off.

Regardless, from what I saw of your old accounts you were posting shit just for signature campaign payments, so I'm glad that you are banned. You and your father should go out and get a real job rather than spamming shit on a forum for pennies.

You didn't have time to read the rules, but time to create and spam with more than 5 different accounts? People like you are what is making this forum worse.

Quickseller I was copy/paste in CroSany,SanjaPaulina,BitcoinTeacher and DlakavaKobasica accounts but I didnt in  this accounts:CroIsBest,RussiaIsBest,HateEU,HateNATO and PokemonFun here I created some dumb posts in local topics which are not my language and and later I started to use brain and I started to write normal posts when I readed rules.

I didnt scammed nobody for money here I was making dumb mystakes like copy/paste posts,sharing referral link and dumb local writing posts  :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

KenR I know english really good but I listened one weird guy so i was copy/paste posts to make posts faster to get payment faster but I learned my lesson later.

That's no excuse.
You did spam, you did break the rules and you did disrespect the forum and the staff several times by evading your ban. Just because you posted 'normal things' recently doesn't change any of that.

A bit harsh..I'd rather appreciate man's honesty.


Nothing is going to get unbanned.You should stop having hopes,rules are rules.If you still wish to make a fresh start,I would suggest you to take some English lessons and then think of making other account or contributing to the forum because with that English you'd still copy paste for signatures.

So just because he admitted to breaking the rules (after doing it more than 5 times) he should be treated nicely? No.

You will almost certainly not get your accounts unbanned.

My only suggestion would be to wait a couple of months, create a new account and message theymos asking for permission to return to the forum even though you were previously banned, and that you promise to constructively contribute to conversations and to only participate in discussions in languages that you can speak.

I am not sure if you have caused so many problems that he would not even be willing to allow you to return period, but if you really want to be part of the forum, then it won't hurt to ask. In the meantime, you are free to continue to read posts that others have written. You can also visit r/bitcoin and r/btc on reddit if you are interested in participating in bitcoin related discussions, although a lot of the discussions there are much more political.

minifrij I got second bann because when I get bann it isnt allowed to create new accounts now I know all rules and I dont want make again stupid mystake ,I understand that you hate spammers and that you think that they are idiots but please come to my position and you will see why I want say you,I have bad situaction in family and I have profit becaue I work in real life but I need some extra profit also because I am in really hard situaction  :'( :'(

It is upto you but considering his level of English understanding proficiency,I doubt he even understood half the words you said.We could convey the same point without assuming he's an idiot.

Admittedly, if he became proficient in English he would possibly be allowed back onto the forum and could be helpful. However, chances are that he won't. If this is the case, he wouldn't help anything coming back.

Maybe you should try praying to a new god.  Or not praying.  But regardless,  you have a problem (you) that needs an internal solution,  not an external one.  Catch my drift?

I dont understand what is wrong with my english.I am from Croatia and it is normal that I dont write on english 100% correctly.I am trying to write english sentences correctly how much I can .I dont think to make a new account to break rules again I am trying only to get accounts unbanned or if I cant I will ask admin can I create 5 new accounts to join with every account to different signature campaign and earn some money.

That may be the case, but this forum isn't Croatia. Your english certainly isn't the worst I've seen, but it's not the best.

And you will probably be told 'no' or ignored.

Your language proficiency in English does not need to be perfect as there are people from different walks of life and language in this forum ,the problem with you is that you found this forum as a method to earn money and copy pasting contents will get you banned and do not expect the mods to revoke the ban.Spend your time for your studies and plan on having a bright future .

I booted this user from byteball once i found out he was ban evading. He then began questioning my decision. So i told him to post in meta, the only section he should technically be posting in.

Obviously i knew what the community response was gonna be but i think this user needed to read for himself as he obviously didnt care for my opinion.

The fact that you want to use the forum to make money is generally not taken into consideration when deciding to unban someone. In order to participate in the forum, you need to follow the rules, and (claiming to) not knowing the rules is not an excuse to not follow the rules, especially the major ones, such as making a large volume of low quality posts that do not contribute to the conversation at hand, and copying content from elsewhere.

Violations of both of the above rules severely degrade the ability of others to read and discuss topics of interest -- in other words cause a lot of problems.

It is reasonable to say that you do not need warnings to not copy content from others, as this should be common sense that this does not contribute to the conversation. Every time that you had a post deleted should serve as a warning (as this is what it was), and if you were getting a lot of posts deleted, then you should have contacted a moderator to find out what you were doing wrong, and corrected this.

The OP actually admitted to breaking rules that he learned about after the fact (in other words he was not aware of the rules at the time of the violation). It is the expected behavior to break a rule multiple times if a person is not aware of said rule. While I do agree that the fact that the OP engaged in copy/paste posts makes it appropriate to ban him, your logic is flawed. 

While your ban wont be lifted, it is possible to have a permanent ban lifted if you ask to be unbanned in a couple of months and demonstrate that you understand the rules now, and will avoid breaking them. It isn't very common that this is done, but because your honesty is refreshing, your chances of it happening are slightly higher. If that does happen, I'd highly advise making sure you are well aware of all of the rules. If there is something you don't understand, you are more than welcome to send a message to any moderator and they will help you out. It is very important that you don't evade your ban if you want any chance at being unbanned in the future.

Let the following two things be known for the record:
1) The user has created a thread titled: "How to earn the average Croatian pay by posting on bitcointalk?". https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1768106.0
2) The user has been adding random gibberish in an attempt to spam other local boards. An example would be the following post (the words in italic is what I could consider as Croatian):

He should have researched the rules when he made his first account, or at least after that one was banned. Being uninformed isn't an excuse for breaking the rules (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ignorantia_juris_non_excusat), especially when the information is freely available and easy to find.

Lauda I was really stupid when I was doing that posts I was thinking that we can post a posts like that but later I readed rules and It will never happent again I promise and I cant figer our why everywhere where I come I dont read rules I am always too fast and I didnt want waste money on reading long FAQ,TOS but now I read and I see that it was my terrible mystakes.And yes I readed rules when I got bann but I didnt readed all rules because I was in hurry but now I readed all rules and I post only normal posts.

Last time I spoke to you on chat (before you got banned there again), you had another "great" money-making idea that I couldn't talk out of your head. Join the forum for the forum, not for the money.
You've also had several warnings in your Red Trust, for being a sig spammer. Months ago I blacklisted some of your accounts from my giveaway for cheating (by joining twice a day from different accounts). Sorry to say, but you had it coming. I'm surprised you lasted this long.
