Title: Trade Ski House in Vermont, USA for Bitcoin
Post by: Etherius_Maximus on January 31, 2017, 04:57:13 AM
I have my ski house for sale in the very nice neighborhood of Quechee, Vermont for around 230btc.

You can find the listing here https://bitify.com/auctions/houses/vermont-ski-house-549370/

And see all the pictures here http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/2098045348_zpid/

I will pay all closing costs, so if you are interested, then all you will need to do is get a lawyer in the area to represent you for the sale.

Thanks for taking a look, and let me know if you have any questions.

That's a beautiful house.  What are the property taxes?

Thank you. It is $4000 per year.

Most people will want to see the house in person prior to making an offer, and will frequently at the very least look at comparable listings of sold properties in the area as well.

I think it is somewhat counterintuitive to list your home on bitify as the terms of a contract to purchase real estate are almost always much more involved than "I offer $x for your house", and usually include a number of disclosures.

If you have not done so already, I would recommend at least consulting with a real estate agent to possibly give you some advice on how to maximize your chances of selling your property at the price you want, and representing you if you feel like that would be beneficial to you.

You can of course conduct business however you wish, however I believe the above will result in the most money in your pocket at the end of the day :)

Yes thanks for the advice. If anyone would like to see it in person, just give me a PM, and we can set up a time and date.
