What's wrong with someone or anyone wanting to buy 2 or 10 or 100 or 2000 BTC if they have the funds or resources to indeed buy those bitcoins? If they offer to pay in a legitimate manner, they should not be prejudged.

Exactly. Agreed that most of the scams on this forum are from the newbie accounts but that doesn't mean you have to go and attack every newbie post. If you don't want to deal, just stay away.

Usually newbies will try to buy less BTC not 2 BTC in one transaction. (Suspicious Activity)
also newbies will first try local exchange services or global exchange services such as coinbase or btc-e maybe cex.io

If newbie cannot get his account approved by trusted exchange services they jump in forum.
Here another question why they cannot get verified on trusted services? Probably scammer!!

I already face scam with forum trusted member. He already message me and deal with me for If I give him $50 neteller he will send me $58 BTC. I already send him $50 from my neteller. I want him to send me my BTC. He tell wait 1-5 minutes I am checking. 1 hours now 2 days gone I don't received my BTC. He also block me from Skype.

I not see that this user trusted , you should read all feedbacks, not only visible by default, moreover DH feedback left 3 year ago, does not give real Trust score.
