Every case of verification is different, your documents are being processes or... they messed something up.
But I agree, 2 weeks are too long to process a single verification request. From my experience, I know it usually takes 3 work days max. I definitely recommend contacting them at this point , they probably missed it somehow or you provided unclear informations .

Bitstamp toldme that I had never submitted verification form after they had responded theat verification was pending? I resubmitted and they have confirmed receipt,so hopefully I will get approved soon. will see what happens next., at this point, i almost forgot i uploaded documents to them for verification . gee what are they doing ? |
