Well, i so curious how can people have so much BTC in their wallet.

I saw on gambling website if they have 10+ BTC, and i found people who say he have 30+ BTC in their wallet.
So how people can have BTC so much? are they buy some bitcoin and invest it or win from gambling with or without do deposit?

Sorry for this, i want have a lot bitcoin so i want to ask this as newbie . Thank you.

It's normal , how people have so much money in their banks account ? If you find someone who have too much coins then he is probably an early adopter (when bitcoin was worth a few cents/dollars) or he is an investor who decided to buy shitload of bitcoin and hold for long term and usually , people don't take such a risk on gambling because they know the risks involved.

Or those people earned the bitcoin they have.
I don't have a lot of bitcoin too. Those people just earned them bitcoins like how i did by investing to some ICOs which took time. 30 BTC is a lot, not sure if I can earn that much later with signature campaign but I a better start now than just reading all the information here.


You too can do it by trading and joining campaigns.

The early adopters usually have hundreds, if not thousands of coins on their wallets. (that is, if they still have their coins.)

Another possibility is the serious investors. They use their fiat capital to buy and hold. Usually for the long term.
Or it could also be the active traders.

As for gamblers, I say that the majority have less than 1 bitcoin in their wallets while the high rollers could have 10's of bitcoins.
Those coins are usually bought.

10-30BTC doesn't count as much for early bitcoin adopters and for hardcore gamblers. When price used to be few $ per bitcoin, many early adopters bought 1000's of bitcoin with high speculation, still few of them have 1000's even 100k bitcoin in their wallet so it is normal to see people with high bitcoin balance. But storing large number of bitcoin in web wallet or gambling wallet is not advised.

They are magicians, they can use magic spells to have as many bitcoins as they want, you can do it as well, I'll give you the ingredients:
Bitcoin core wallet installed, or you can register in a mining pool.
Buy a few antminer S9, plug them in and start mining.

There are numerous reasons.

Earned the btc, bought the btc, won the btc it is just like with fiat some have a lot and some not.

you are asking a general question then limiting it to one specific case.

i will first say generally, that people buy bitcoin and invest in it. many have been doing this for years, when price was so low. some when price was $10 or less some like me from when price was $200-$400
30BTC were worth $300 and $6000 respectively at those prices.

or it can be services, such as a mining pool, an exchange cold storage, a web wallet service,... these have thousands of bitcoin at their disposal.

now your specific case, when you see someone (an account) on a gambling site with lots of bitcoin on it there are only two assumptions in my opinion
1. it is millionaire kiddo with lots of daddy's money who is wasting it on gambling
2. the site is reporting fake numbers.

They early bought when worth cents or they just bought like 5k in bitcoin.

How people can have so much bitcoins in ther wallet? Because they can afford to buy ihuge amount of bitcoins. Most of bitcoin users are usually gamblers. I think thats normal to see huge amount of btc on their wallet. These gamblers are crazy.  Some of them are just early adopters who bought huge amount when the price is small. People can have much bitcoin in their wallet. As long as they can afford it.

It's not strange's,like normal at all.One most commonly consideration,may be early adopter actually when bitcoin price was low,and now possibility they were Millionaire.Can be professional Miners,involved with bitcoin hardly,gamblers,pretty good trading skills etc usual requirements that you expect from such of those people,or they should have.

if they have a lot of bitcoin it means they did a lot of works or bought them. only with gambling it is impossible to earn 10 to 30 BTC. some people may earn but they'll loose them again because they are addicted gamblers..
if you want to be on that list you need to work so hard.

Anyhow, owning 10's of bitcoin is not totally impossible for you, me, and everyone else.
The magic ingredient? Work, work, and work.  ;D
Work (sig campaigns+article writing+offer services in-forum) then save everything earned for future capital and investments.)(Or simply hold, long-term)
Then, you work your ass off and learn trading and investments.
Forget about gambling, that's a money drain. (If you're too attached to casinos, then put your money with the house instead)

Isn't too different from fiat, there are people with lots of money on their bank accounts and others that haven't enough to cover its daily costs. You can see users with lots of bitcoins on their wallet (provably early adopters), other that had luck on betting, and users with only some cents of bitcoin.

There are people who have 1000 to 10k bitcoin in their wallet.Most of them are early adoptors or miners.
Some few traders also have lots of bitcoin in possession then there are people who runs bitcoin related business like exchange,faucets and other sites thst earn them huge amount of bitcoin.

I still know a couple of people who didn't sell their "old bitcoins" in the last bump which went with around 1400 eur per bitcoin, so they are still keeping 100+ bitcoins just as a security, they don't have to pay taxes on them, they don't need the money and they are slowly spending it.

I would personally sell that amount next time it reaches 1000+ eur, but overall I would do the same, just keep it until it makes sense to sell it.

30 BTC is nothing to those have 100+ BTC in their wallet and even 500-1000.
And there's so many reasons why they have so many BTC. Business, gambling, bought bitcoin, miners etc.

magic spells? I don't agree with you as they many rich people today who got their wealth from hard work, knowledge, skills. Infact there are many arbitrage traders that are making over 15btc a month. If you want to really make it big in bitcoin then go learn how to do arbitrage trading or margin trading and the sky will be your limits.though trading is a very risky venture never go into it without adequate knowledge and skills.

And it's not so easy to trade and to learn on trading, don't forget that you have to risk also.

People have so much BTC in their wallet because they buy it. There are many ways on how we can but BTC using our fiat money, even we don't have a credit card or bank account we can still buy bitcoins with the help of virtual visa. Scammers have a lot of BTC that has been taken from investments. lols

20-30 BTC was worth $4500- $6750 in 2015 and it's after that when the price suddenly reached $700 over night and now it's at $1000. The price has increased by about 80-90% over a span of just 1.3 years and hence it's a small amount for those who have bought it in 2015 and never sold it since then. Especially with gamblers, they never give up their coins and keep using it to play even more games while many invest in altcoins, or for developing a new coin or invest in their bitcoin businesses. Now the value is huge but they treat it as an investment and just concentrate on earning more coins.

Although it is difficult to do, in cypto there are many possibilities of obtaining large amounts of Bitcoin. There are people who get it in days, through risky operations such as altcoins trading, there are people who have had the opportunity to mine Bitcoin and there are also people who have had success opening a Bitcoin business.

people having large amounts of bitcoin is nothing strange. it is like saying how someone owns a lot of Apple shares or Google shares. they invested lots of money and many bought when it was cheap.

it is the same with bitcoin. you could have bought bitcoin when it was cheap. a year ago it was $420 and you could have easily bought a lot of bitcoins.

but gambling that much away is hard to believe part if you ask me, and since OP says he saw it on a gambling site i say it is always hard to believe that is a real person behind that account with 30+bitcoin wasting them.

There are many possibility. For example : for who has more than 1000 btc, it means that they are bitcoin early adopter
If you saw people has more than 100 or 1000 btc recently , it's possible since they trust bitcoin so they are investing and wait for next halving

$420 still isn't cheap for me. But maybe for those early adopters who dumped their coins when it reached $1000 and the price plummet to $200, they must have bought their btc back. I can't imagine the smile on their faces when they did it and profited more than 1000% specially to users who bought btc when its price was cents. Id I only knew BTC can be as successful as today, I would have bought millions as I've been a webmaster during that time and have been making money through my websites since 2008.

they have much bitcoin because they work hard and they have good skill. for example, they trade (they know good strategy when to buy and sell, and they have much time online), mining (they have good tools), or they have job that is paid by bitcoin such as web programmer, application maker, and the other IT works.

well I had a lot too as most people bought when the price was low so if some has 50 btc no it worth over $50.000 it might off all cost say $150 to $500 to buy back in 2012/2013 when bitcoin value drop this might happen again if it does then if you want to have a wallet as big as that buy then but lets hoe it does not.

Most of the time when people go ahead and say that they have such a high amount it's usually a hot-wallet for such a service like a gambling site like one of those really popular dice sites. They need those hot wallets with tons of bitcoin in them to be used all the time for withdrawals.

People earn money though, that is really all their is too it.

Well there are a lot of factor why people got so many BTC, some of them investing in BTC, some of them used it for trading BTC and some of them got so many BTC because they are early user of bitcoin, 2 or 3 years ago BTC still not as expensive as now, at that time one of signature campaign can make you earn up to 0.35 a month

Yes maybe, entering in some gambling websites can make you have bigger amount of bitcoin, and it is very easy for you to achieve that (e.g., 10+ BTC or more) but as far as I know gambling is a kind of game that is illegal. At this very moment, i never earn some of bitcoins since im just newly accepted in a signature campaign and gambling never came to my mind to get more enough bitcoins because all i want to suggest is just to have signature campaign, trading, investing or some legal activities. just read some of the ideas here in the forum and for sure you can get many information on ow to earn more bitcoins.

Dont worry if you work hard and just keep watching the altcoin announcement section where you can get lot of giveaways bounty coins join them and earn the new altcoins and trade them when they hit the exchange if you get lucky some good coins will give you lot of bitcoins, like this only i have earned nearly 1+ btc in 5 months. Apart from that give some of your skill work in service section so that you can earn more bitcoins. Dont go for cloud mining as it is totally scam and you will lose your investment in hope of getting good returns.

Yeah, the ones who have invested time and money into bitcoin in its early stage now have a really large amount of bitcoin, I heard of a guy who had 55 btc and he forgot about them for 5 years and when he saw the price of bitcoin remembered them so you can imagine how much money he has now.

Its either they are the ones who bought it while the price is still low. And they had bought a lot of it and now they are just enjoying their bitcoins around for gambling and other sruffs or they can be also rich enough to buy bitcoins at its current price.

Exactly, people with big amount of Bitcoins could be early adopters who acumulate their coins while the price was very low and kept it all the way.
Or maybe they are realy skilled traders who do trading on professional level. If they have won in gambling such big amount then they are realy, realy lucky.

And most of us wishes that we are included to be one of those adopters and it really does matter if we are one of them. But as of now we need to face the reality and look upon those people as inspiration. And there are some that are just gambling with their bitcoins and not spending it wisely but manage to recover it again and again.

If someone has 10 BTC in his wallet, that does not mean he has earned all this amount from his work, maybe he has bought Bitcoins with real money. from other side, Bitcoin world becomes very large and everyone can earn money as many skills as he has, therefore no wonder some people have high amount of Bitcoin in their wallets, there are some jobs which really give you high returns, like trading for experienced people, translation, writing articles, marketing, and many others.

Everyone can choose a way how to save. There is various ways how to earn or buy bitcoins, but how much will you spend and how much will you put on a side depends just from you.
Here bitcoin is same as fiat, if you know how to save fiat just do the same with bitcoins now.

Leave faucet if you want bigger amount on you wallet, faucet will not makes you rich, collect btc thru faucet it's just for pay your transaction fees, even less.

To earn 1 btc you should work hard, learn and understanding.
Selling your services, do or join on the project which have an opportunity to earn big and do a trading. That's the best thing to earn more btc.

Ithink Other people is buy some btc when the price still cheap then tried to increase it   in many way roll it intrading  investing and gambling.

There is nothing different to save the bitcoin when we compare with the fiat currencies. All you need to do is you need to manage your spending and earning. Just utilize your day earnings and keep your bitcoins in the wallet itself. If you see in future, it would be the big amount with you.

It is a gambling site, so therefore, some of the people there do really have that amount of bitcoin, specially those gamblers that are always betting high every time they make a roll, if it is a DICE, because the higher the bet, the higher the profit you will have. So, technically, they do have plenty of bitcoin in their bitcoin wallet address because they won if from gambling, if you look on the gambling site and you just found some, just like what you have said. But not only in the gambling site you can find people that do have a lot of bitcoin in their wallet, but also in this forum.

What you have said is possible to have many bitcoins as much as you want, you can buy it, invest it and win it from gambling.

Well it is the same way people make real world money. You don’t have to be an earlyadopter (tough it wouldhelp a lot), you see many rich people outside of bitcoin World, how did they got rich? It is most of the times same way for bitcoin as well. There are even bitcoin “middle incomers” around who make more money by providing their talents like designing and coding.

It came from various method. It's like asking "how can people have so much money in their wallet". Others buy it, others able to won it from doing gambling, others work for it with bitcoin as payment and many more.


Yeah mostly it was but remember that try to learn trading before doing that. Most people can easily say that buy bitcoin at low price and sell it on high but in actual they are not doing it well and mostly the stats of loss are dominant against the wins.

not only on having a lot if money and also its because they doing great hardwork to earn it, i actually a lot of people having it by doing some multitask jobs and doin it everyday repeatedly and earning good with their sweat and patience.

You could try to research also for various jobs out here so that you may try to earn on those.

If you want bigger amount just stop wasting time on faucets. You will never earn 10+ bitcoin from it.

They just bought their bitcoin so that they have so many bitcoin and most of the people who has a large quantity of bitcoin are a users of bitcoin since the earlier years . I think some people who are claiming that have such amount are just teasing you but in reality they just have a few in their wallet ;D I doubt that there's someone who have won a huge amount from gambling but it might be possible .

I already have Bitcoin core in my laptop, but buying antminer S9 was too expensive, although I believe I can earn much, much bitcoin of it. Actually, it is my friend suggested me to saved some bitcoin and buy some mining rigs, which is I'm saving some bitcoins in my wallet storage for that things.

Buying miners is investing not saving, you are of topic here. Not just that, mining have other expenses too and it's full time job. You need to check rigs, and after some time to change them when difficult is higher, follow prices, watch electricity spending. And I'm sure there is other things I didn't remember to mention, anyway you are not talking about saving that is for sure.

Maybe the one you saw in the gambling site with 10+ bitcoin won the jackpot or something.

Usually single persons with big amount of bitcoins are early adopters, consistent investors (that started early by buying every week or month for some years), people who join forces(2-3 friends buy a mining rig with 5-6 GPU-s) and use that mining rig to generate altcoins and converting them to bitcoin through exchanges like Poloniex.

Wallets with a true notable big amount are businesses, casinos, mixers  etc.

Most likely these people are among the few that believed in Satoshi`s project  and invested in bitcoins and today are holding fat wallets!
That's why its good to try and  invest in promising cryptos and maybe you can be like those people :)

@OP: 10-30 Bitcoins is actually not much, it is between 10-30k USD. This is the price of an average car. There are also many account with 1000+ Bitcoins and the most of them were early adopters. There was a time when you could easily mine blocks with your average-joe computer rewarded with 50 Bitcoins each. Also, there were times where you could get 10-20 Bitcoins for each faucet request. This is no longer imaginable today, but this was at times when Bitcoin was only worth a few pennies.

so people choose bitcoin wallet as an account to storage big amount of money as anonymous
and other people have many btc because investisment ib bitcoin
also mining  bitcoin is very profitable
and there is other people how play in gambling with big amount of btc
others prefer trading forex with bitcoin

Well I believe yes. Bitcoin is better than banks. It is because of the fluctuation of Bitcoins Price which make them profit from their money. Unlike banks, they are only providing like 2.5-3% interest ANNUALLY. And yeah, they are storing bitcoin in their wallet since they have an investment in bitcoin  community such as trading and etc. In terms of Gambling. Some people have 10-50 BTC capital in Gambling. They are those persons who are always seen in the HR Tab. Well I think those are the rich ones, I can't afford to loose like 1BTC just in Gambling  ;D

These days, when the price of bitcoin is above the $1000 mark is really difficult for newcomers to see their wallets with huge amounts of bitcoins unless they have enough capital to invest huge. But most bitcoiners with great wallets have been early adopters or have been fortunate in trading, businesses or gambling, in my opinion.

nope i don't think the people who bought bitcoins for the past 10$ to 20$ are still holding their bitcoins for now since i believe that they sold it already and earned millions of dollars with it, but what i think is the people who have that is business minded,traders nor people who do special service online and they do earning for more with their bitcoin ventures.
