Is it a Bitcoin wallet or what? Are you able to save your bitcoins on that card and how do I redeem my Bitcoins? From an ATM machine? I need more information about this as the link you provided isn't saying much.

The link is just a picuture so yes it's not saying much. Payeer is a paymment processor like paypal working with Qiwi wallet Advacash SWIFT mobil payment and 2-3 crypto currencies. They have 3 mastercard options. Bitwala is bitcoin web wallet wich you an use as a wallet of course but also to pay bills, ans they do offer a Visa card solution like a lot of others

With bitcoin debt card Visa, i don't know why they all send a ugly card grey. they could add their logo at least or a bitcoin one

Your debit card from bitwala looks almost same like mine which i have got from cryptopay few months ago which is actually issued by wavecrest holding but card from payeer looks different.

How much have you paid for bitwala and payeer cards?

both Payeer and Bitwala are legit companies and they offer their own debit card
I know that Payeer allows deposits and withdrawals in bitcoins also conversions between several currencies, including bitcoins
but the fee is very high and their card is just a Mastercard with atrocious fees
check them out: https://payeer.com/upload/pdf/payeer_mastercard_en.pdf
basically they charge 2$ each time you withdraw and 3.50$ per transaction with currency convertation, still much better than Payoneer

The cards seem to be good, but unfortunately these cards are not for all people, people like me who live in restricted countries can not ask for these cards. They told me that they do not know when it will be allowed for my country to benefit from these cards.
