And gear it more towards the bitcoin transactions. Once up and running am I allowed to advertise it here if so what section?

you can always advertise on the forum too. on each page, after the first post there is an advertisement. under it, click the link saying "Advertise here." it changes every round. and you can bid on that spot to advertise your service.
