RUSSIA’S KALININGRAD MAY TRIAL ‘LEGAL’ BITCOIN, LAUNCH EXCHANGE

The Russian enclave of Kaliningrad could become the first area in the country to enshrine cryptocurrency legalization into law. Quoted by Interfax, the area’s business ombudsman Boris Titov said that regardless of what is decided about crypto at state level, Kaliningrad could become a testbed where Bitcoin and its ilk are legal and regulated.

Once I heard, that the Kaliningrad enterprises much greater benefits than their counterparts from other regions. Maybe at one time me and cheated, so I do not presume to argue. But if this is so, then it somehow explains the choice is Kaliningrad. Because freedoms here anymore.
