The Russian enclave of Kaliningrad could become the first area in the country to enshrine cryptocurrency legalization into law. Maybe at one time me and cheated, so I do not presume to argue. But if this is so, then it somehow explains the choice is Kaliningrad. Because freedoms here anymore.
