Title: $550 Stuck With 0 Confirmation
Post by: Palesantos on February 07, 2017, 09:34:47 AM
https://blockchain.info/tx/044e2042b98851db2462c130d007d70c171b1b2a70fedbe6df9301c4143a1cd8
I sent a payment before and it seems stuck at 0 Confirmation for approx a day. The fees i included is around $0.9 which is considered a bit high for a transaction but the block is incredible 1.5Kb, so any suggestions or something? And advise of course.

You transaction should confirm in few hours.  You can submit the transaction id to this site to make sure that happens > https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/

Also 65 satoshi per byte is not that high.  The recommended fee are at least 90 satoshi per byte according to https://btc.com/stats/unconfirmed-tx or more if you really want it to confirm very fast.

The size doesn't increase with the amount of BTC but with the amount of data in the transaction, namely inputs and outputs. The more inputs/outputs you have, the bigger your transaction will be.

The transaction have been confirmed now.
