Since these are licenses, have you confirmed with the original seller that they will allow these licenses to trade hands? Will they disable the access that you have (your license) and enable one from your buyer? Otherwise you would both have identical licenses and there is no protection for whoever buys from you. I confirmed with the seller to change API if i sell it..He will disable my api and i can provide your api if you buy..
