Escrow is okay but it is a small amount and I won't put my reputation at risk for such a small amount so you can go first if you want or you pay escrow. He gave me a 15% rate but 4.5% went into fees. But, I guess I got a pretty good rate. And yeah, exchanging at a 15% rate is difficult, you need to find the right guy. Yeah I always vet the guy, and it was a while ago too. I never had a charge back on PayPal yet. Thanks though! After a while they will limit your account and ask you the source of the funds. Bitcoin trading is not allowed by paypal.
