simple , if someone is ready to pay 1000$ for LTC , you see +500% increase . It does not means that you can sell yours for 1000. Buy the time you login there is no more buyers at 1000$ but only at 150$. This is what means low volume . It's nearly impossible with LTC because the volume is so big, but imagine 10 orders only pending to sell LTC at 150$, then 300, 400 ... 1000 the last one . I put in 2000$ basically the price will jump to 1000$ as I am buying the last one at 1000$ but in reallity there is no volume. It will crash very soon .

Read carefully, there are short term investments and long term ones! This coin is very speculative therefor it is short term or instant if u wish. I bought few of them at the morning and sold them with decent % profit some hours later. The guy who bought my coins is already on a profit too.. • One account sells few coins at high price. Second account buys it. Do not forget to keep 99% of all existing coins in your wallet for futher dump, in this phase you must keep circulating suply low. Now you have set target price on CoinMarketCap and market cap increased as well
• Wait for some dumb people willing to buy and dump part of your coins.
• Repeat previous point
• Everybody now knows, it was scam? Do not worry, dump rest of coins to exchange and repeat all points again with new coin

My friend was convincing me to buy that lol. I said - that's some pump/dump coin. And was wondered, how did it happen, what was the bug because market cap grew so hard.

It actually gave the price to that coin on exchange. When coin is worthless (without trades) - it is easy to manipulate. At least they can add to resume "Founder of shitcoin worth of $1.4B  8)

bought it for the hell of it at 9USD, got lucky and sold at 269USD.  For some reason I checked coinmarketcap and it was surging over 4000%.  Ran to coinexchange.io and sold my position at market price.  Damn glad I did as now it seems to be gone from coinmarketcap and is looking very suspicious.

If there is such a big difference in price between these exchanges wouldn't it be easy to make a profit by buying on the much cheaper exchange and selling on the expensive exchange? For that matter, why would anyone be buying on the expensive exchange? I doubt the exchange fees are $100 a coin.

So many people want to hold the bag for pump&dump groups wow.

e-coin was the name of the bitcoin exchange WIREX. Some anonymous devs made this coin (probably in cooperation with Yoshit Exchange (Yobit) and that's also why  nobody is able to deposit and withdraw because the network is just broken garbage while yobit owner and friends pump it since they own almost the whole supply.

Of course that would be true if we were talking about functional coin and proper exchanges. In this case:

1- price (~$190) was pumped on exchange with no trading fees. If there wasn't many active sell orders, anyone could pump it to any level buy buying/selling to himself.
2- I hear the coin's network is down, therefore you can't transfer between exchanges.


Yobit would list any shitcoin, no matter how poorly designed for a fee. It's their business model.

Why this coin is in top 100 doesnt even have a working site ..just some p&d going on

I have a question. How come on coinexchange.io in the ECN/BTC market, it shows people who bought hundreds, even thousands of ECN (in the Buy Orders), but when you go through the buy/sell history, you only see people selling 1 or 2 ecoins, and most people are selling less than 1 ecoin (like 0.18959030 ecoin)? With the price and trading volume dropping like it is (price is currently down 40%), wouldn't that mean that most people are selling more than 1 ecoin, or at the very least, selling more than a fraction of an ecoin??? I don't get it. I can understand people who bought dozens or hundreds of ecoins who are trying to sell their ecoins not being able to sell dozens or hundreds of their ecoins because nobody is buying orders that large, but if you look at the Sell Orders, the largest sell order is for 11.8 ecoins. How come there are no sell orders for 100 ecoins or 1,000 ecoins, or more? Can someone who has more experience trading cryptocurrency please explain this to me?

Are you saying the same person owns most of the wallets listed on the trade history and he or she is manipulating the price of the coin using all those wallets? Possible I guess. I know that three wallets own like 99% of the coin.

Hi! Please help. in 2016 I had some ECN in my wallet, and saved screenshot of that. Since then I got involved in other projects and sort of overlooked the ECN developments. Now I opened my wallet...and was surprised to see ZERO in it. Can anyone explain such a miracle?

It is working on the same pattern and I do think it will still show huge movements by jumping on higher positions. It raised few flags immediately after its trade was opened. It is better to watch this speculative coin from far because of the high risk involved in this market.

For 30 days there was not a single block! The entire coin system does not work! Sale of balances on stock exchanges. They are bought by inexperienced traders. Therefore, we must admit that you most likely lost money during the transfer.

Okay. So here's a few findings;
1] The ECN wallet at c-cex.com SEEMS operational but may not be; the block shows as 94135 (ref point 7). One can SEEMINGLY sent ECN from c-cex.com elsewhere but not sure if that is real. See point 7.
2] The ECN wallet at Yobit is "in maintenance mode" - so for anyone sending ECN to Yobit, they'll have to wait for Yobit to fix their wallet, if ever, and if it's even possible. But see point 7.
3] The ECN wallet at coinexchange.io is "in maintenance mode" - so for anyone sending ECN to CoinExchange, they'll have to wait for CoinExchange to fix their wallet, if ever, and if it's even possible. But see point 7.
4] The wallet's source (linked in original post) is broken. Looks to be related to the QR code within it.
5] There is a list of addnode=... peers at coinexchange.io and c-cex.com ("ECN peers" at CE /"Live Nodes" Symbol at C-Cex), however;
6] From that long list of nodes it seems only 2-3 nodes are live.
7] The wallet never completely syncs. Looks like a broken blockchain or something. It gets stuck at "~37 days ago" block 94135. This was mentioned earlier in the thread too.
