Title: Issue with coinapult

Hi all. I recently used bit instant to purchase some bit coins using the coins to email medium (coinapult). I paid with a money gram phone and i received an email from ZipZap confirming the payment, and at the same time i received an email from coinapult (as usual when i buy bit coins) and the email displayed this "support@bitinstant.com sent you 0 Bitcoins (worth about $0.00) using Coinapult.com." my confirmation from zipzap states that it received the $93.95 so what happened? Im in a time crunch and i have no idea what to do. I contacted coinapult through email, but i havnt received a response and ive been reading that they usually arent good with responding to emails. Is there a way i can call them?
