Why dont try trusted exchange like bittrex, kraken or c-cex? You can try with small amount than you can decide whether to go with large amount or not.
Which type of exchange you were willing to do with this exchanger, for selling buying bitcoin with perfectmoney i have used changer.com and haven't got any problem till now. Most websites will ask some information from you for withdrawal limits and things of that nature. If you're a bit weary about it just go for the big exchanges, they will have more trade volume anyway.
