Google Wallet doesn't have much in the way of contact information, but they have a Google+ page that you can post comments on. They do read user comments and often respond. https://plus.google.com/+GoogleWallet/posts Just leave a comment under one of their recent posts, requesting they add support for Bitcoin. So if Wallet adds bitcoin support, then all those vendors would automatically accept bitcoin too.

The Google Wallet servers were saying "sold out" on Nexus 4 sales for quite a while too.

The vendors wouldn't accept bitcoins at all. LOL logic is not your strong suit I can see. The vendor never sees a bitcoin but they don't care. You have bitcoins = you can pay with wallet there.
