Long story short, these stupid fucks messed everything so badly that they are afraid of people who might wanna withdraw all of their FIAT from the banks and the banks may not be able to carry out the orders. So they can't do anything about the inevitable (collapse of everything), and they are desperately trying to remove cash to solve the problems.
