Especially since most fiat/central banking is dying.

In longer term it may rise as it gets accepted by more retailers until another currencies kick in, especially Ripple seems to be promising and having decent media coverage. Who knows, what other currencies may appear within a year or two and how popular they may become? It they surprass bitcoin, the demand will fall, so will the price.
Personally, I wouldn't trust Bitcoin that much to convert all my fiat currecy into BTC. The current price is too dependant on mood of the investors and hopes of enthusiasts who seem absolutely convinced that BTC must rise.
