That link says: "Note: Blockchain.info's new wallet does not allow you to sign a message, nor does it allow you to easily export the private key in order to sign with a different wallet. As far as i know, if you reset your 2FA the wallet stop to exist and you have to make a new one. so signing a new wallet dosnt prove that you are the real owner of this account... Why is that an issue? Here I asked for less at first because I did not offer collateral. Now I do. And no, blockchain.info can give me back the same wallet. I did it before, just need to wait for them to cancel 2FA.
