please help me i need to know how i can sign a message with xapo bitcoin Address , or how i can import my Address from xapo to another wallet

You can't do any of those things with xapo.  Almost all service wallet doesn't let you sign message or export keys because they're the site's addresses and not yours.

Xapo is a online wallet where you dont have the private keys which sign a message is not possible, same to moving your xapo to another wallet. Better option is to move your btc from xapo to another wallet.

And to remind you, you are in lending section.

Your question has been answered already and I want to add some suggestions if you wanted to sign a message with your bitcoin address. Better to use blockchain.info for signing a message because it can provide you with a private key.

Instead of using web wallets like Xapo because you can't do that feature on Xapo, mostly on web wallets, why not try to use desktop wallets e.g. Electrum, mostly they have this feature that you can sign a message with the address you want to. Or some mobile wallets e.g. Mycelium they have also this feature only if you have smartphone. So Far that's only I knew that can do what you need.

I guess blockchain.info can sign only on imported address, not those included in HD wallet's address.

xapo wallet system third party control, you can't anything
xapo can't support private key, can't support sign message, you can only use xapo bitcoin addres only sendingn and receive

Both xapo and coinbase don't allow singing or verifying message as well as they don't have option to import/export bitcoin address from your wallet.

The only option left for you is to use either electrum or blockchain web wallet to sign message.
