We use an auto updating price system based on the mtgox bid/ask price.  It is extremely close to the rates that BuyBTC has offered previously.  As we get a better feel for the cost and our risk, we will improve our rates where we can.

Not looking for preferential treatment. Just looking for respected members of the community to give us a shot.  I've seen other sites giving free codes and discounts to admins/mods to get reviewed (I believe giftcoin.me threw out a couple free 15$ cards for example)...
