Voting takes place in chat room? Yeah. the blockchain is controlled by users voting. It's still an ico you will need to buy a package to enter into voting,it's similar in a way to Icobid,there is no wallet to run or coin to distribute it's more like an investment program than a crypto currency,I wonder how can this project get into exchange I cannot figure out if this is indeed a crypto currency,or I am just missing something.. Its a crypto currency. At the moment we are developing wallets, etc. The Voting takes place in Telegram chatroom. Democracy. Its an investment program for users not from Crypto. The currency is focused on major markets.
