Please PM a couple examples of your good work and how much you want to do the job =) thanks! according to the title of your thread, you are only looking for a web designing who can provide at least basic web design for you, so it means you are looking for at least HTML, CSS and Javascript work when we web design it only focused on the design of a certain page . you may be looking for a web developer not only a designer so must specify and give further information about the things you need .
