It's not an indication that they are a legit site,check out their announcement thread,their algos and how they run their coin and how people here perceive and post a reviews about their project,if they are getting bad and negative reviews from trusted members,we can conclude that they are a scam project. It is now the time of cryptocoins and ICO with commercial support. If a project is created by just a group of developers who met on the internet then it is a scam or something that will not find any success. There were very rare exceptions before and it will be rarer today.
