Avalon are, as of today, the only company that have delivered ASIC miners to customers. ASICMINER are auctioning units right now - units that are the same as the ones they've been mining with for the last few months. I think you're confusing Avalon with BFL and primeASIC and other scammers/serial non-deliverers.
