We would like to sell our project which was started 2 years ago. Since then it has grown into a big clinet base platform and brought us a lot of profit. Currently we would like to focus on other areas of bitcoin market and since we do not have resources to handle this anymore we have decided to put it up for auction here.

Currently we have over 60 clients and made a total profit of over 200 000$ during a span of 2 years. All financial data will be shared with wining bidder before the agreement is made (Yearly tax reports and invoices).

What we offer is complete ownership of our source code, platform, support during transition, sites and marketing related to the project (everything as is now).

On top of that we will offer 2 days of training over skype and 2 months of support so you can sustain the business independently.

There is no technical knowledge needed to run this business. All the software is installed for clients automatically.

We are going to keep all the existing maintenance cost and maintenance of existing clients so you start clean with only profit and new customers.

Starting bid will be: 7000$ = 6.6BTC

why sell?

Hi lenny_,

We want to focus on custom game development now and we do not have team capacity for running that many projects.

This project is really amazing and we want to keep it alive by supporting someone else in taking it over.

Nothing changes for our existing customers, but the new ones (if this is sold) are going to be handled by new owner with our support.

Is there any recurring revenue streams from the existing customers?

No, but most of them request style changes and additional features which are billed extra.

Yes, they are all sold licences. All financial and sales data will be shared with winnning bidder during handover phase. The list of clients is not relevant here, the amount of sales and profit is.

sorry but again I cant agree with you. the clients are very important in case I want to buy it or for any buyer. and the chronology is wrong

first you need to give all relevant info for a buyer and not after the winning bid :) cause this is blind bidding

This is not blind bidding. You see a project which you are buying and we also offer a meeting with us at any time to discuss all the aspects and full transaprency except financial data.

Do you think it's ok to share our clients data on a public forum? This is confidential information from our clients and financial reports from our company.

All the bidders have to sign an NDA before they can see the data too.

NDA makes sense but it was not mentioned in main posting. but to be frank in BTC casino scene I dont want to sign a NDA

First you guys were looking for an investor and now you want to sell? Sounds a little strange to me...are you expecting the buyer to take over all development or will you guys stay on to  help with that? What about bug support, etc?

Yes, we were looking for an investment to expand our team to support growing business, since we did not get it we decided to sell it. We were looking to hire 2 new guys but the investment didn't go through.

All we want is a responsible and capable buyer because this project still has very big potential. The buyer would probably get his money back in first month or sooner, but we want to make sure to hand it over to a responsible person.

We are going to continue with development of custom games and would support buyer with bug repairs (we had only 1 report so far) for 1 year for free.

No way you sold $200k worth of these scripts. I have only seen one website with your software, and funny enough it didn't show up until a couple days before you started this auction.

I haven't looked to carefully at your software, but graphically it does seem pleasing... not worth of $7k though. Would have to sell over a dozen licenses just to break even, which is not very realistic. The market is flooded with cheap/free scripts and the number of new casinos hitting the market has drastically slowed down over the last year.

We would not agree with this. Just saying from our experience, a lot of people want security and quality.

I would like to repeat one more time. This is not a script written in php over a weekend by some guy in the basement, we are a small company in Munich, Germany which stands behind this. The entire platform uses enterprise java spring framework and spring cloud architecture with microservice design.

why dont you give here the 2 sites you gave me as examples? and I checked the dates when they were created and also your bitbox.site when it was created. it doesnt look like that you have it 2 or more years but I am sure you will have an answer for this as always
but I am also sure you cant show even 20  sites/custmers of the 60 you are claiming you sold

I would be interested in knowing who the owner is and prefer to talk to the owner. yes the design is nice bu who knows what work needs to be done to get it secure and provably fair.

we would buy it but not for this high prize and maybe someone/dev is reading here and wants to partner up with us. but as I said for a lower price and only after talking to the owner.

Out company was first founded in Croatia, and then we extended to another office in Munich. This is why we have a croatian domain. Why is BitBox domain not 2 years old? Because we rebranded twice in that period.

Why we don't post financial/client info here? Of course we don't disclose information from our clients on a public forum. If needed PM us and we can arrange a NDA.

This is all understandable for a person which understands business and is serious.

Further more, please check JackpotRacer profile. It looks like we are not the first victim of his spamming and stalking.

I am sure this auction will end without a bidder/buyer at this price. I propose that you do a new auction or you post a revised price that will make more sense and most important you will tell us what you are selling before we bid/buy

My point is, you won't find many BTC casinos with the amount of funds that fall into that mid-level tier. Most casino's have large bankrolls or tiny ones

My opinion is backed by my company providing support to unarguably the most number of casinos in the industry. There is no chance in hell you have sold over $200k of scripts at the prices quoted on your website. The number of new casinos is slowing down immensely. The number of people starting casinos that are not even willing to spend $1000 on their product is greatly reduced. The market used to be flooded with scripts such as the ones created by Johny1976, that is not the case anymore. Your best bet would be to market this to alt-coins, and even then you would be lucky to get even 10 sales, because its common knowledge (if anyone bothered to look into it) that outside of CLAM, no alt-coin has consistent wagering volume that would justify the costs/effort of running a casino.

Our profit consists both from license sales and custom game/feature development on top of our platform. So no, it's no we did not make that amount only from licences.

p.s. Number of clients in queue for March is now 4 with potential profit of (2000$)

Why are you including custom development in your sales totals? Whoever buys this will not be able to profit from that whatsoever.

I'm including it because this is total amount on how much we made with this project.

If there was a custom development involved clients would have to but the license in any case, so it would be (license + custom dev).

On average we make around 5000$ per month only from licences (without custom dev).

That comes to around 100 000$ in 2 years. I couldn't post only license data because everything is combined in one invoice when issued to a clients and I just took a total sum in 2 years from our tax report.

If needed I can provide you with exact figures per month for license sales only after you sign the NDA.

For example. For next month we already have 4 clients pending, total amount of (2000$), so next month we will make more then 5000$ for sure.

Yes, he is. And we responded to his request.

As stated before, due to bitcoin popularity/price increase we are experiencing big amount of orders and client increase so there is a bit of backlog forming. Please be patient untill we solve our team capacity issues.

I paid for two projects and they were responding until i paid them.  After the payment they stopped responding.  For the first project i have paid 640 USD.  They said they require 30 days to provide the completed project.  Before they could finish the first project they were asking me about the second project.  I agreed and paid for the second project as well.  After i paid, they stopped responding.  The last response was on 1st of march.  After that they never responded. They were suppose to deliver the first project on 5th of march 2017.  The phone numbers provided by them are not functioning.  Their activities make me believe that they are scammers.  Until i paid their response was in less than few hours.  All the emails were answered properly.  After the payment everything changed upside down.  Now the worst part is i didn't even get the original software without customization.  So it is like i paid them for charity.  I seriously never thought Matthias would scam like this. 

It is evident that they are scammers.  Others be aware.  Do not deal with them please.

They have issued a contract and invoice and i have all the records. 

If any one have their contact details, please help me.

Happened same thing to me, paid $540 last thursday and havent recieved a response since. It is sad when pathetic people like them don't give you what you order. At least give us the stock package and I will customize it myself. I have worked hard for that money and you come in and just take it without giving something to me in return is just sad.

Sorry to see that you have also been ditched by them.  Yes i too will be happy if they at least give me the stock package.  I can customize it using some body else.  Please let me know if you are able to contact them...

They are 100%  scammers!
One of my friends was scammed 2 times by these "gambling experts"
The bad part is I was involved in this (I helped my friend with the hosting and negociated, communicate and pay to BitBox in his name).
I will post an update soon with all the proofs to show that they are ordinary scammers!

Thanks for the link, ill be posting a scam topic by end of the day.  Yes they never gave me even the normal script which they were selling.  That is the worst part.  I never expected this at all.  Until i paid, i was speaking to them for 3 months(since december 2016). Until then, i couldn't sense even a bit that they are scammers.  They were responding in less than few hours.  Answered all my questions politely.  Only after the payment, it all started...

you should have asked me before as some did by PM and they saved some coins. we wanted to buy it but all our questions were not answered and this gave us the red light

but to be frank I still dont understand why they dont give all those buyers not the original script. maybe casino the one who was also scammed can give you the script and you can hire a dev to fix it according your needs

I don't have the script ... all files are on their servers and my website is offline ... I don't have nothing.
