It let's you stack up RBB (a bonus currency in Richmond Berks Ltd. Company) by a small percentage rate and It pays out in BTC and USD. One RBB equals $1 (USD) and I've earned 111.00 so far. There are loads of videos with payment proofs from withdraws all over youtube.
At first I thought it might another ponzi scheme but, so-far-so-good. I'm actually digging it and customer service responds quick-like through support chat. The companies email and phone are real (I called and emailed with answer/response) and clearly visible on the home page. Yes, it looks good on first glance. I did some digging in this RB business and came in conclusion that it is a common ponzi scheme. Website claims they make their money with flipping real estate, but nowhere there is proof of any real estate being bought or sold. Also the so called founders have no past to be found anywhere. Smells like a pyramid scheme to me with all the referrals.
