Title: 5870 just dropped ~30 Mhash/s after reboot. 11.6 drivers? Post by: kinghajj on June 16, 2011, 06:52:48 PM I'm mining on Linux with latest phoenix miner. Previously overclocking to 900 MHz got me ~370 Mhash/s, but I just rebooted (for reasons unrelated to mining), overclocked again with atioc, and started mining, but now only get ~340 Mhash/s. I just upgraded to the 11.6 drivers last night, but maybe I hadn't rebooted then and so was still using the 11.5 ones.
EDIT: I just saw that the "trayer" and "X" processes were using way too much CPU. Killing trayer got the 30 Mhash/s back. |
