Title: Is BitInstant still in business? Post by: RolloTomasi on April 18, 2013, 07:27:43 PM I sent $500 through BitInstant more than a week ago. I received a verification email that the funds have been sent from ZipZap to Bitcoin, then I received verification (from BitInstant) that the funds have been processed and Bitcoin was sent to my wallet. There are no Bitcoin in my wallet.
In an effort to track down this problem, I have: - Submitted a "ticket" on their contact page - no response. - Sent about 6 emails to BitInstant looking for answers - no response. - Tried calling and leaving a message - no response. - Tried LiveChat twice (kept terminal open for more than an hour each time) - no response. Is this company still running? Any tips on how to either get my money back or finish processing the request? |
