Copay, Bitpay & Electrum seems to be affected. (Please correct me if I'm wrong) I'm interested about the status of bitaddress.org, coinb.in & blockchain.info. Even if you can use BIP39 seeds in Electrum, we do not recommend to do so. It is safer to create an Electrum seed. Other wallet i dont have knowledge as i dont use them.
