Dear Friends, I come by this post bitcoin community for help to see if the support blockchain.info me an answer to my problem, since it is already 7 days (11/04/2013) I opened a ticker in the holder and up today (18/04/2013) I just got no response.

Url ticker: http://blockchain.zendesk.com/tickets/5118

My Waller in BlockChain: https://blockchain.info/address/1BrK1ceBfeoQpBpduLqaBWLVwuZnykQDpq

It turns out that my coins are gone, yes, all of them (1,021 BTC) they were transferred without my permission from my account to another portfolio 04/11/2013.

Altogether there were two unauthorized transactions:

1st: The value of 1.00 which was transferred to BTC https://blockchain.info/address/1QJPJtCYZpRAVsxj224ksApVPWUShBxYLf

2nd: In 0021 BTC value that was transferred to https://blockchain.info/address/18oGRo6YCN6XczWESAhDsSkVXXT5wd9dzk

For the record I take all the precautions that should be taken as security for example:
1. My password contains 10 characters with letters and numbers
2. My antivirus is up to date

So that's it folks, I hope with this thread the blockchain's support give me a bit of attention for help me.

Note that some regions use , instead of . for a decimal place seperator.

You should store bitcoins on paper wallets.

I have never heard of anyone having their bitcoins stolen from a paper wallet.

It is simple - transfer the bitcoins to a paper wallet when you are done.  Spread them across 10 paper wallets, and you will never have to put more than 1/10 of your funds at risk unless you are spending more than that amount at once.

Blockchain's webcam QR code scanning feature makes using paper wallets with their services very easy.  Use their Import function (on the advanced menu) to get the coins from the paper wallet back into the digital wallet.

My bitcoins were also stolen from my Blockchain wallet and I submitted two support tickets, PMed the owner of blockchain here AND messaged him on Skype with absolutely no response. Needless to say, I now use Multibit rather than blockchain and it is working great so far! Pardon my language but FUCK Blockchain if that is the kind of support they offer their users.
