It's not a ptc site to click and earn. It's a advertising network. If you have any business or website which needs traffic or more users, you can advertise it in other sites through this network. Cpc means cost per click. The advertiser has to pay 0.02BTC to the adnetwork, if he wants 1000 clicks on his banner. Edit; received over 10000 views the past day, with around 20 clicks, and i only received "Pending 0.0002" This means that it will take me 50 days to reach the payment threshhold. Sorry, but thats impossible.
