Title: Best Miner for a GTX 1080?
Post by: hardtime on February 25, 2017, 12:35:28 AM
I have a rig at the moment that has a GTX 1080 in it and when I'm not using it I wanted to know what coin would be most profitable to mine, at the moment I'm using one Nicehash which does provide me some money but I've seen others doing this also saying that it would be more profitable to just mine a particular altcoin and then trade that for bitcoin on a weekly to monthly basis.

Let me know guys, thanks!

If you don't know how to do the basic math, you'll have a hard time with mining

Test your card with NiceHash and  determine the hashrate in each algo.
Then go here: http://whattomine.com/
enter your speed for each algo and look for the most profit coin. Then mine it  :).
Or just use Nicehash.
