Since you are a newbie, you have to go first or use the escrow if you want to deal but still, Paypal has a buyer protection policy which enables funds sender to revert the payment even after several weeks so usually everyone tries to avoid PayPal. If you are lucky then you will find someone to deal with you in currency exchange section. Good luck. |
