Your post is almost unreadable, so I don't think you're going to get much help. Were you buying or selling the amazon gift card involved? Why would you refund more than required? I usually find the scammer in this sort of situation has the most illogical answers.

I copied ask confirm scammer sent to btc scammer, i went to bed,and try to trade quickly, i did not saw scammer give me wallet of scammer, this member sent btc to scammer.Because i talked with this member first on bct, this member said " i don go first".

why i refund 26$?

i use btc exchange service, at least 0.022.I told with him that.He accept.but dont refund.I sent pm many time.this member still online, reply topic.but dont reply me.

i sent 26$=0.022 btc to refund.I told him cant send at least 0.022 because i use btc exchange service.he agreed.when get 26$? i asks send back 6$.This member dont reply although still reply topic

Hey guys, I can vouch for what1005, he can't speak English very well but he is very trusted, I went first with him countless times and he never disappointed me. 

Hard to understand what was happened but there is certainly misunderstanding between this two guys. 

Apparently $6 is still to be paid by u:943442 but he/she did not login in a while, I don't think they intend to scam the $6 but should settle this soon.

I know he want to scam more.He was online 12 hour to try scam many people.I saw that and leave feedback negative.I think he will not use this nickname.maybe leave forum or create new user

Legit report hope you'll get your money back and wait till he comes online.

I don't really understand OP but its obvious that he is honest about the accusation he made, I left negative feedback to the said scammer and will remove once this issue is settled.

There's too many scammers here and they keep stealing from new members.

Okay so you just admitted to refund the stolen money by mistake.
Also you use Trust feature as a leverage to blackmail me into sending you money.

I read the posts and as i find out, what1005 sent $26 worth of btc to podgar while he should sent $20 and it seems they agreed that podgar should refund the extra money ($6) to what1005 but now he don't want to do that.
So now he has $6 that is belong to what1005 and i advice him to refund that.
If podgar can prove the other story he should do it now.

Yes I think you have interpreted it very nicely and yes this seems to be the case.Since What1005 sent him this by mistake and ethics and honesty demand Podgar should return the excessive amount to What1005,but this is not a case of a scam.Podgar didn't like,make any false promise or refused to deliver the product for what he promised.
