Installation of Bitcoin ATM doesn't look to be a big news. Recently Easybit place four new bitcoin ATM's around Texas to make users feel convenience. Those ATM's help in all sort of needs from stationary onwards. One among the ATM is in a gun store which helps users buy anonymously. It has got around 41 Bitcoin ATM's around the globe.

Any new bitcoin ATMs around are always a good thing... :)

Agree is not generating the hype it use to but this is good to know that Bitcoin penetration continues. I will like to have one installed in my side too

I think I would have to disagree to a certain degree. A lot of people in my country still get hyped when new Bitcoin ATM's are released because we literally have 2 of them in our whole country. However, for the more bitcoin friendly countries like America, Bitcoin ATM's are definitely not a new trend and a lot of people just see it as good publicity for Bitcoin. And it is not like many people are actually use them, the rates they are offer are way worse than any exchange. But 41 ATM's all around the world is actually really good. Great to see that Bitcoin is spreading out and reaching new places.

Who d still use something like this and why? By using Bitcoin debit cards, you can use any ATM to cash out BTC and its corresponding service to transfer money from your ordinary debit/credit card to buy BTC. Bitcoin ATM s re items of the past and technology goes forward.

Bitcoin Atms are much cooler than using debit cards. We do not need anymore to convert our bitcoin to fiat currency and transfer to our debit card but instead we can just automatically send it to the machine and we withdraw cash. But my question is this, is it fast or there are delays in withdrawal in atm machines since confirmation of transaction will take long?

I always want to see bitcoin ATM in my city, unfortunately my city hasn't got any of it, I think installing bitcoin ATM will boost the bitcoin popularity and bring more user to used bitcoin, I can imagine the efficient way of withdrawing money with the ATM machine, when there are a lot of user in my city hopefully there will be an investor build an ATM machine in my city

Hopefully our local banks installed the same bitcoins atm after accepting btc in their transactions.

wow. it really is a good thing, maybe your city too familiar with Bitcoin, and certainly anyone know and use it, I wish I lived in a place like that, everything is convenient error. in my country, everything is not so, it was backward to wretched. people seem not to know what is Bitcoin. they even do not know the technology, it is rare to find someone who can make companion. Hopefully someday I can live a place like you

People do really repeat those words ATM machines are commonly being used by some even its incorrect but well its already understandable.I dont know too why the link have been removed by mod. Having these atm on our places or any spots in the world is really great which means bitcoins adoption is spreading already.

ATM machine charge high rate but they are convinient and quickest way to get bitcoin.

Link removed. Images anyone? Want to see how it works or if it really does. Haven't seen one physically and hoping I could someday here in our country. We only rely on a wallet exchange that gives accounts to be withdrawn in an ATM from a bank which provides electronic withdrawals.

The hardware has to get paid for. If you are in direct competition with some classical ATM taking and handing out paper bills this is a loosing battle. ATMs get robbed utilizing rather crude methods (filling with combustible gas, ignition, bang! Money in the air.)
However some completely electronical ATM, like near field rfid communication connecting a handy based payment system onto bitcoin. There's the potential market.

Anyway, regarding about the ATM machines that was just installed in your place, that's  great news. Especially for the bitcoin users, It will become easy for us to withdraw our bitcoin in ATM machine. I just know know only if the transaction would be fast for every transaction. But that is definitely awesome and convenient to use.

so it depends on the context of place. if the place have a lot of bitcoin ATM, the citizens would act as usual, but for a place with no bitcoin ATM or a few ATM, and people who never see a bitcoin ATM before, it is very excited to see one close to you.

the links has dissapear but indeed i have already heard about this before and we are already discuss it several times ago but i was wondering how about the fees for each transactions because if the fee higher rather than using an exchange then i personally more prefer to use exchange even that thing was very cool

This is great to hear because now you can withdraw money from your Bitcoin wallet. This way more people will get to know about the Bitcoins because they see the machine.
In the Netherlands there is a city where they accept Bitcoins in shops and bars. I like that the Bitcoin is expanding.

The sound of Bitcoin ATM's encourages us to do more to get people involved and create awareness but the recent huge fees is a demotivating factor and needs correction. I saw a Bitcoin ATM in Dubai last Wednesday and it looks pretty nice and good, and I guess it's the same everywhere.

I think with bitcoin ATM you will not surprise anybody now. I have heard that it were installed about 100 such ATM in big cities all around the world and soon it will appear and in smaller cities too.

Bitcoin Atm in dallas has emerged since two years ago, is located in Buzzbrews Deep Ellum. But like atm Bitcoin in other countries, this is just a vending machine, which allows us to deposit bitcoin, but can't withdraw. At first they put Skyhook system, but has been replaced by bitXatm (sumoatm/remittance 2.0) who has a two-way system, we can "buy & sale" bitcoin for fee of 4-6%. In future will be phenomenal

That atm isn't bitcoin atm if that's painted by using bitcoin symbols and etc, if that's real atm than you must be able to withdraw physical bitcoin coin so in reality thing aren't like that.
That's simple ATM as bitpay offered us. Such ATM's takes so high fees (bitpay) simply bitcoin is convertef into money and after that you withdraw this so for such reason, my local banks offer withdraw of bitcoins with master card.
By the way that's not bad.

men you link had been removed. but i was excited to see the machine in my country and some day i will have opportunity to have my hands over the machine and do the transaction. its really awesome.

I think this might be related to a thread I saw earlier, there are some new ATMs that allow purchase of DASH and a couple of other coins, they look pretty cool.

I guess atm bitcoin is not new, but it is very rare. Well, naturally if you are very happy, because if I was you, maybe I would be very happy. Well, I hope atm bitcoin coming soon in my city. maybe I'll use it every day.  :D

He should just use one of the more popular image hosting services and not some obscure site, then he will be fine. Imgur or a print screen site.

In any way, Bitcoin ATM's are spreading like wild fire and closing just as fast, because it generates little income in areas where there are not a

lot of foot traffic or merchants accepting Bitcoin. We have one in a pub, and it gets a lot of action on a weekend.  ::)

Installing a bitcoin atm machines is a great proof of progress of the bitcoin and it is a sign that a certain country is adopting or allowing bitcoin to invade their country to make it more modern. I wish that in our country we will also have that bitcoin atm machines so i can buy bitcoins in almost anywhere because atms are always available in every common places.

With the bitcoin atm machine that will facilitate access to financial transactions in I really hope I can make state government bitcoin atm machine to appear as a social state like Texas already has 41 atm machines in various countries thanks

How can anyone withdraw bitcoin. Like will be it transferred to our wallet or something?
As, if it is getting transferred to our wallet then better is to keep it on our wallet as there is no limit to keep bitcoins
And there is not just one but many wallets . So the money owned by the user can be kept in different wallets

Development and implementations of new Bitcoin ATM Machines are great especially if they are located anywhere in the globe. This is good since some earn bitcoin for financial support such as students. So having these ATM Machine for bitcoin is a must :)

lol Bitcoin ATM's are really cool to use. I prefer to let my Bitcoin stay safe inside my wallet so when things get real then I would make an exit easily while holding onto my Bitcoin.
Bitcoin ATMs is a convenient method to purchasing Bitcoin on the go if the person has the proper amount of fiat to do so. It's only a matter of time till the price of Bitcoin will affect the supply of Bitcoin ATM machines.

its sadly i can not see what its look like the bitcoin ATM machines because i am very curious what its look like and i think its still a few places that will have this machine installed. maybe just for big cities in one country but i hope we can see this machine in many places so we can use it to deposit our money and withdraw our bitcoin. and in other time if this machines is available in many places, we don't have to just make deposit into our local store but we can do it in our life too so it will be easier for us to buying and selling our bitcoin.

Wow that's something new and that is actually good for the future of bitcoin as i can bet there will barely be any people who are aware of bitcoin. I hope there is an atm in my country but I'm 100% sure there won't be any atm related to bitcoin or altcoins.

I imagine this will be good for spreading the word about bitcoin and getting new young and old users alike. I would think that having ATM's around would also make BTC more popular in the host country as well and might get more governments and companies using and excepting BTC as payment or even change in stores. even with the growing number of users, I am worried about the future of bitcoin with how some people still think it is for deep web transactions only or for suspicious transactions.

Bitcoin ATMs are a tremendous way for newcomers to be exposed to Bitcoin, and easily experiment with it without the pre-requisite of setting up an online trading account.

The implications in places likes Cyprus and Argentina are different than in, for example, North America, which has a fairly robust banking system. In countries with massive inflation, or a banking crisis that results in frozen accounts, Bitcoin offers an appealing prospect in the sense that "you are your own bank."

I wish government will put Bitcoin machine to easily cashing out and withdrawing money and will have a bitcoin debit card or any store will accepts bitcoin as payment but government not supporting it here in the philippines because of corruption and i can't see bitcoins on news.

It's true same here in India however government has approved bitcoins even after corruption don't know why ?
But still ATM machines are yet not available.

Well sorry to disappoint you but the Bitcoin ATM machines (or BTM's) are only used to buy Bitcoins into your wallet by imputing fiat currency. It doesn't cash out fiat currencies. I don't know if that will be developed at a later stage of Bitcoin development but for now it's just to buy Bitcoin into your wallet.

Well that is a big disappointment. Knowing that you can withdraw fiat from a typical ATM. I hope that they will improve the BTM that can provide deposit and withdraw services to their costumers.
