All revenue payments will be made by OpenLedger and will be to registered owners of APPX tokens on the anniversary date of the closing of the ITO.
   


Funds raised from APPX token revenue is for platform development and business administration. App portfolios will raise the majority of their funds with their own token reserves.

 One app going viral on the platform activates the “rising tide” principle. When this event occurs our promotional bounties will receive more engagement.

If the minimum amount of $1 million USD is not raised, then all funds will be returned. The fundraising will be capped at $5 million USD. This will be determined at the end of master token sale.

This is an ITO built on amount raised before moving to next stage, and no funds will be released before end of ITO and minimum threshold has been raised, on top of this a full Strategic overview will be available within the next coming days.

During the process of participating in this ITO, the screen showed the deposit btc address and said these details will be emailed. No email received. Also, I do not see any APPX tokens in my OL dashboard (even after confirmation). Since I can't find any support link, I am writing here. I am assuming this is not a scam but I need some clarification.

This looks a little like another un-fully announced Announcement I've seen floating around.

OpenLedger’s Apptrade (www.apptrade.io), the platform creating "Kickstarter for Apps on the Blockchain", has received a $100,000 USD boost from OpenLedger ApS, the world's first blockchain powered conglomerate.

Who are the people behind this project and why can not we see any information about them on the official website? On your website, there should be a section "Team" with team member's names, photos, links on social media profiles, and background info. Transparency is very important for all ICOs.

We have 3 core founders with a team of non contracted supporters. We have contingent agreements that will activate after securing funding. We wanted to put the emphasis on the platform and the theory behind the platform.
We see too many ICOs with huge overhead in teams. Usually salaried teams. Our teams are working for tokens. 
We're scrappy, but the technology is not. Satoshi proved that a legit, peer reviewed theory, with no team profiles or accolades could go viral. However, I take back this notion after realizing how many scam s#itcoins there have been in the past. 

The focus is supposed to be on this ground breaking theory that should transcend both the "messengers" behind the message and even the tech, Bitshares, chosen to express business model. (spoiler alert*** Ethereum and comparable Dapp platforms can carry this out, we chose Bitshares for its focus on finance Dapps and the permissions.)

Digitized investment trusts are supposed to be the super stars. We're no one special. Bunch of app publishers looking for a better way to fund our apps.

With the economical conditions in Los Angeles, it can be argued that there are pockets of "third world" communities intermittently sprinkled across Beverly Hills, Culver city, Santa Monica, or where we are in Playa Vista California.
