Title: MTGOX haven't paid my EUR bank transfer into my bank account (9 working days) Post by: nottm28 on April 19, 2013, 03:48:44 PM Anyone else waiting for cash from MTGOX?
I sold a coin 2 weeks ago and transferred the 103 euros to my bank account. MTGOX site says transaction is CONFIRMED. Still no cash in my bank after 9 working days. Also haven't responded to my email send 4 days ago... It took around 2 Weeks to be here. So I would give them some time. They are the biggest exchange for a reason.

But the time frame is still unacceptable - the current exchange rate / load of work is no excuse, there providing a service and are failing to meet customers expectations. 14 days ago - still not received the funds in my bank. Your site says 1-5 working days - what's going on? Well at least is did complete...
