For individual bets, yes. For cash in hand after full moneyflow circle, no. There is a 2.5% cashout fee (for obvious reasons, one being that no 100% EV gambling operation can afford to pay transaction fees on player's behalf).That is still miles ahead rigged house rake systems, for the player's benefit.
