Well upon reading this, I've checked my xapo and it looks the same and there's no problem at all. How could you experience this problem at all, how much btc does your wallet contains? And have you ever tried to contact xapo with your concern, I guess they are the only one that can give you a proper answer with your problem.

What is the problem, your bitcoins are stolen from your wallet? Did you have active de 2FA security code? Or the problem is that Xapo closed your account?

Edit: I have read that they had a problem with servers (and some wallets showed 0 funds because they didn't connect). Its your wallet fine now?

No OS is safe from malware or spyware. It is a myth that using Linux or iOS will make your machine secure. Nowadays people are making the same mistake with ransomware.
From what I know Xapo is using CloudFlare, there was security leak discovered week ago. It was possible to sniff 'secure data' from every CloudFlare protected service.
I bet either this is a problem or your machine was compromised somehow.

What means stolen? Your balance display "zero"?

So its better not to use xapo, use electrum like wallets which give you access to private key of your bitcoin addresses so that you can use your bitcoin even when web wallets goes offline.

As you already stated that your problem was solved already maybe you can lock or close this thread already. And as little suggestion you can use desktop wallet if you have PC, its much better than using any web wallets like xapo I'll suggest electrum as I used it also and as someone suggest it above this post, and this incident will happen again in any web wallets sooner. So you have so much time to decide and change your wallet.

I'm using this XAPO account for the last couple of years and so far no issues. I use this wallet mainly for my regular transaction because I no need to pay any fee to send money and transactions are quite fast. But I don't keep all my coins in only one wallet. Online wallets are very useful for daily transactions.
