If someone wants to make an INVESTMENT at this point then they will buy it. If you don't they won't. Once/if it becomes proven then it can be used as actual currency. But in order for that to happen, people need to invest in it. How did bitcoin get financial backing? People/services invested in it. It's just like a stock at this point. |
