Title: Survey on Ponzi schemas

Hello,
we are performing an analysis on past Ponzi schemas on Bitcoin.
In particular, we are interested on schemas that use only one address to store and redistribute money.
We found this paper http://secon.utulsa.edu/vasek/vasekfc15.pdf (http://secon.utulsa.edu/vasek/vasekfc15.pdf) in literature, but they did not release the dataset.

We already identified some, like:
