hi im having all sorts of issues i have 2 transactions one with a lower fee which has remained unconfirmed for 36 hours so far and 1 with a high fee still unconfirmed fired 12 hours. can any one shed some light on why these transactions are not going through and what i may be able to do. im sending them frm coinbin. the second transaction i had imported my wallet into blockchain then sent hoping that might produce a better result but it all seem to be stuck.

your second transaction is spending an Unconfirmed output and until that one confirms you won't get the new one confirmed either. although since you are spending the first transaction in your second it can be considered a CPFP transaction and miners that implement this feature can mine it, and i suppose the fee you included in second one (354.735 sat/B) should be enough.

the first transaction has a very low amount of fee (28.45 sat/B) and it should have been 220 satoshis/byte according to http://bitcoinfees.21.co/ website.

your second transaction has a very high amount of fee (354.735 sat/B) and it should have been confirmed in the next block that is mined because it has a very high priority. but the problem with that transaction is spending another transaction which is not confirmed yet (your first tx) so that second one is stuck too despite having a high fee.

now there is this feature called Child Pays For Parent (CPFP) that allows you to make a transaction like your second one and pay higher fee to cover both transactions and 354 sat/B is somewhat good for that. but the miners have to have implemented this feature to mine these transactions and not that many have.

the link to profile i gave you above is someone who has access to directly push your transaction to a mining pool, he does this to help and you can tip him if you liked.
the only possible cost may be for you to pay a fee to the mining pool (it is F2Pool if i recall correctly)

Also I believe the incredibly slow transactions today might be causing it. Have a couple of them with proper fees, and they have been stuck since morning. Looks like someone is scamming with low fees today.

Even we include a higher fee in the transaction its still slow.
