 1) "They need software...". Excuse me? What is this supposed to mean? Are your "reviewers" going to write the software? Or are they going to review your software-less product's excellent characteristics as a paperweight/doorstop? I don't see how this can be an argument in your suggestion, which brings us to item two:

 2) "Don't cry...". I'm a big boy, so I'm not going to, but I have to say that this tone is far below the level of professionalism I would expect from a company representative. "Please understand" or "please don't get upset" would be okay, but "don't cry" is inappropriate.

 Lastly, and perhaps most importantly: 3) "trickle". It's high time to turn that trickle into a FLOOD! Two today and (hopefully) "a few more next week" won't cut it. Time is money. Time to deliver.

It seems like BFL said "screw it" and are just going to ship Jalapenos in SC Single cases for every order.

All images for a Jalapeno through the Single have been changed to look like a Single now:

What i don't get, is the pictures for the jalapeno appear to actually be a case photographed from different angles, but the little single and single are still images flipped in photoshop MS paint.

Except for the minirig, for which
they aren't accepting new orders reality.

It's a very civilised thing to use guys like this as material for laughter; I find myself able not just to troll, but to easily perceive benefits to draconian and brutal ancient societies which would tie the administrators of BFL to whipping posts, and can also easily imagine myself there giving members of a furious mob one whip each from a store equalling in number the days BFL exceeded their order-page shipping estimates.

I understand the reference to national pot day but because our date format is d/m and we don't generally speak dates as number/number unless we're giving our birth date or something, I don't make those associations automatically.  Anything which uses American dating as a reference point always seems a bit pretentious to me when it's being used by non-Americans.

I only do that when the person is a scumbag, trailer trash or piece of shit.  Take Frizz for example... the ultimate piece of shit, but yet maintains an order with BFL.  

Vote with your dollars!  If you don't like BFL, cancel your order!  But the biggest loudmouths are the ones who bitch and moan, lie and cheat and then complain when they aren't treated like royalty.  We don't want customers like that, how hard is that to understand?  We want customers who are profitable, sane and able to make rational statements, not the crazy kind like Frankie and Frizz.

No matter how you feel about said individuals, given your relationship with BFL this type of affront is disrespectful, unprofessional and serves no real purpose. You are doing no justice to the product you hope to one day serve up or the entity that stands behind it. You're in a tough fucking spot (and I empathize with your struggle) but that is no excuse.

These clowns who have FUCK BFL blah blah in their signature act that way largely because of this type of post from BFL employees. It's one thing to miss deadlines, its another to be a dick about it (even if you are only reacting to others attacks).
