It can go higher if police inquiry is conclusive.
So 11% is really low. You must really be in severe need of liquidity to accept this deal just not to wait one or two years more. Especially when Bitcoin value against dollar is expected to continue climbing in the meantime. I mean since bankruptcy the value of your gox coins in $$ have been multiplied by 5. Is goxcoin equivalent of your btc in your mtgox account ? If so how do people still pay for your goxcoins if there is no chance mtgox pay for your coins ?
