For BTC mining highest stable engine clock and lowest mem-clock you can get are good rules of thumb. Remember to keep it cool.

These are good instructions for scrypt mining from the man himself: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=28402.msg1635964#msg1635964 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=28402.msg1635964#msg1635964)

Good luck and remember have fun!
