There is a difference between illegal and not good thing. "Drinking alcohol can be considered as not good thing by society but law doesn't prohibits us to do so." Moreover I am not buying any legendary/Hero member account so I am not possessing any harm/scam on forum. I am simply buying low rank for my work.
