As long as you escrow with a well trusted member it doesnt matter.

There are genuine Paypal buyers, but most of them (including me) will charge a fee for this transaction.
If you agree to pay 10% we can talk.

Why did you put any trust into him in the first place?
He has red trust from a DT member so it would of been shown to you right before doing anything to do with paypal trades with him.

Can you prove that you have been scammed for real by the user DavidXXX ?
Please give us some information regarding the TxId to show us that 0.1BTC transaction were you have been scammed plus, some chat logs.
I'm pretty sure you don't own that amount of BTC a screenshot means nothing you should give us a signed messege from the wallet that contains that amount of BTC.

Also can you give us you'r account name in LBC ?

 Could not be otherwise(if you story true), if you ignore genuine trader offer, instead, go through choosing questionable, but  with  higher profits, and not using escrow.

This guy summersun offered me some magic the gathering items and asking for 50$ usd upfront. I think he do not have any money and will try to scam. Is just  my thought.
