I believe you already made one, why can't you just bump up that one, instead of making a new one. Also, i have another question, I am a publisher, and i'd love to see your terms of services, as they are not widely available, i asked multiple people where i could find them, and they all had no idea. Does this mean you guys have no TOS? But now its not paying its publishers because its not getting any advertisers at present. Dont accuse the op for that. I can see, that he is trying his level best to get advertisers. And op has the right to advertise, his site here in this forum to get more advertisers. I think once if he get advertisers, he may pay back the publishers pending balance.
