Title: I want to ask about epayinfo, please help me Post by: dariopacomio on March 05, 2017, 11:34:50 AM I withdrew my epayinfo balance 0.00010050 BTC to my bitcoin address on 25th of February 2017 and I saw it on epayinfo payout history. The date is 2017/2/28. It is also mentioned at epayinfo total paid balance. My balance was also deducted 0.00010050 BTC. But, I don't receive it on my bitcoin address until now. This is the detail:

I have withdraw more than 0.2BTC and never got any problem

Maybe it's just because network is congested, that's why the transaction is still unconfirmed (just a thought). It's been a long time the last time I sent a transaction from epay.info and as far as I remember it doesn't took so long to confirm.
