I have an old gaming PC which I don't use anymore and I don't pay electricity costs. So, I would like to use this PC for a little mining. I can get a used XFX Radeon RX 480 GTR 8GB for about 190-220€. But I am wondering if I can use it with my remaining old hardware: - Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (Kentsfield 65nm Technology) - 4 GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 399MHz (5-5-5-18) - Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. P35-DS4 (Socket 775) - ATI AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series (Sapphire/PCPartner) Does the XFX RX 480 work with this setup? Or do you guys have another recommendation in this price category? Thanks :) |
